On the 24th July 59 young NCF Elites player’s fly from Heathrow in the early hours of the morning and land in Hamburg ready to participate in the LAOLA Cup. 17 different countries will be attending. To name a few, Italy, Spain. Portugal, Ghana, Usa, Iceland, Germany and us from the UK.

This will be an amazing learning & development experience for our player’s. One we know they will only grow from.

   Tour media manager Josh said – 

The plan is to create a video diary detailing key moments of the LAOLA Cup experience from as many players, parents and coaches as possible from before we leave to when we get home. This will be created from 3-7 second videos, some of which we would like to ask you to film yourselves. These clips will be edited together to create a video of around 3-5 minutes (depending on the number of participants) that shows & records the NCF Elites tour experience. Here is an example of the order that that you create may be used in the final piece.

1. Video the night before we leave with bags packed.  

1. Video waking up to get ready to leave. 

1. Video leaving the house. 

1. In the car on the way to the airport. 

These short videos will continue throughout the tour at every key moment being filmed by a different player each time. We believe that this will be an amazing way to tell the story of the tour, creating an incredible record for players and parents to look back on and remember all elements of the experience. Player videos from Heathrow Airport onwards will be filmed on our Tour Media Manager Josh’s phone. Any videos filmed on other devices can be emailed to Josh to be added to the video. The video will be uploaded to our social media platforms as well as a Google drive folder so that all parents and players can easily download the video on to your devices. 

Requirements 

• All videos to be filmed with the camera / phone held vertically 

• Please talk through what is being filmed in each video (If you are filming yourself on the coach from the airport to the accommodation you might say something like “Just left the airport and we are on our way to see where we are staying.”  
• All videos have a high energy to create a fun and enjoyable viewing experience.

We will share video’s on social media’s throughout the tournament. Once we have returned Josh will edit all our clips together to create and overall Elites video diary of the LAOLA Cup experience.
