A Footballing School of Excellence for talented 10-17 year olds.

As with any selective sporting opportunity, entry into Jack Wilshere’s NCF Elites is by trial. Throughout the year we hold open trials. Players that are selected from the trials, will train with the Elites programme once a week. Once a month they will be expected to attend our strength & conditioning session. In November and again at the end of January players will be reassessed. On the 1st February our squads are released for that years up and coming European tournament. Those players who are selected will receive an invitation with the squad announcement. Finalised squads will then go through a rigorous preparation process. This will include weekly professional coaching, matches, fitness testing and of course our renowned Elites Extreme.

July see’s the squad fly out to Sweden to compete in the biggest tournament on the planet, the Gothia Youth World Cup.

Key to the success of the JW’s NCF Elites programme is the nurturing of a positive learning environment , where players are encouraged to express their personalities, encouraged to be creative, allowed to take risks and so able to be brave. The environment we create is about educating, informing and providing players with the resources that encourage them to also take responsibility for learning.
